This adorable Skunk Tutu is made out of black and white tulle with lots of ribbon. The tutu is beautifully made with great attention to detail. I have put a red flower on this costume because I had pepe la pew's girlfriend in mind but if you would like another color flower please let us know!
The set includes the halter tutu dress, a beanie hat and a wand. The beanie hat is made out of 100% black cotton yarn in a bonnet style hat with ears with fluffy white fur sewn in the middle of the hat.
